1. Scope of Service

LottoPruner provides analytical, statistical, and filtering tools designed to process publicly available lottery draw data for personal educational and informational purposes.

2. Important Disclaimer on Gambling and Financial Risk

DISCLAIMER: LottoPruner is a statistical analysis tool, NOT a gambling or lottery purchasing platform. We do not facilitate real-money gambling, nor do we sell or issue lottery tickets. Lottery games are inherently random. LottoPruner does NOT guarantee winning outcomes, financial returns, or jackpot hits. Use the calculations and pruned results at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Merchant of Record: All purchases and recurring subscriptions are securely processed via our authorized reseller, Paypal. They act as the Merchant of Record and handle billing, customer tax compliance, customer service inquiries, and return requests.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing customer portal.

4. Account Abuse & Fair Use

Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the API, bypassing daily filtering quota limits, or attempting unauthorized access to Pro-tier calculations. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
