Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LottoPruner ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Chrome Extension and related web services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We strive to minimize the data we collect to protect user privacy.

• Account & Authentication Data: When you register or subscribe, we collect your email address and an automatically generated unique Identifier (client_instance_id / user_id).
• Subscription & Payment Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paypal. We do not store or collect full credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details on our servers. We only receive subscription tokens, transaction IDs, and status updates.
• Usage & Analytics: We track anonymous usage statistics, such as daily filtering quota usage and operational logs, to ensure fair server resource allocation and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize our pruning, filtering, and smart number selection tools.
• Verify your Pro subscription status and enforce daily usage quotas.
• Send critical transactional communications (e.g., license key delivery, subscription updates).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share essential data with trusted infrastructure providers who assist in operating our Service:

• Paypal: For payment processing, order fulfillment as our Merchant of Record.
• Cloud Infrastructure Services: For secure hosting and storage of user account tokens and subscription records.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure database storage for data at rest.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect, correct, or request the deletion of your personal account data at any time. To request complete account deletion, please contact us at [email protected].
